Born
6th of July, 2001, Shinji Ikari is the main character of the
Evangelion Story. Shinji is the pilot of the Evangelion 01. He is
almost an orphan, as his mother died at the mere age of 27, and his
father lived far off. Shiji is calm. He does not know why he pilots
EVA01, but he reveals that he does it for his father. It had been 10
years since he had seen his father, when a message from the
astranged Genodou calls him to Tokyo-3.
